It's a wrap! What an outpouring of generosity!
A big thank you to everyone who was able to come out and contribute to our Supply Drive for Western North Carolina. We have a ton of physical donations that we are going to pack on pallets. With your donations we are purchasing many more pallets of essentials to send down with the tractor trail when it arrives. Your generosity will save lives and help rebuild North Carolina from the disaster.
We want to thank the following for making everything happen:
- Tompkins County Probation Dept., Trumansburg Police Dept., Cornell University Police, and Tompkins County Sheriff's Office for providing staff to help the effort.
- The Bucks for coordinating everything.
- Oswego County for providing a tractor trailer.
- The Cayuga Radio Group for advertising.
- Advancement Digital for the website work and donations page.
- The Shops at Ithaca Mall and Target Ithaca for hosting us.
- Empire Tractor, Cortland, for donating pallets.
- BJs Wholesale, Ithaca, for the loading dock and hosting our upcoming essentials shopping day.
We especially thank all the individuals and groups who volunteered their time and/or donated to this effort. Together we are making a difference in the lives of people who have lost everything. Thank you again!
If you are scheduled to pick up gifts through Cops, Kids & Toys (CKT), here are the pickup days, times, and location for this week. We’re here to help make pickup straightforward and welcoming. Bring a form of ID so we can be sure to give you the right gift bags! Pickup location CKT Headquarters at The Shops at Ithaca Mall, across from Zocalo’s. Pickup days and times Monday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm Tuesday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm Wednesday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm Thursday (late pickup day): 9:00 am–6:00 pm Saturday (only weekend pickup day): 9:00 am–3:00 pm If you cannot make any of these dates Please email info@copskidsandtoys.org as soon as possible so we can advise.
