How We Use Images
Every family that comes to Cops, Kids & Toys deserves privacy and dignity. That’s why we don’t publish photos of the children who receive gifts from our program, on our website, on social media, or in printed materials.
The individuals, families, and children you see in on our website and social media come from either:
- Volunteer-taken photos from events where adult volunteers verbally agreed to be photographed;
- Licensed or free stock photography;
- AI image creation tools.
These images help us share the joy of what we do while keeping the real kids and families we serve out of the spotlight. They do not show actual recipients of our program, and we don’t create AI images meant to look like a specific real person.
Kids are always welcome at our community events. When we share event photos that include children, they appear with a parent or guardian who has agreed to be photographed, or they’re shown in a way that doesn’t reveal their faces.
